Nugget – March 5, 2013
When we moved into our house 15 plus years ago, we told Jazmin that she could get a cat. Nugget has been part of our family since. This was shot in March 2009, with the “ring flash” adapter mentioned in yesterdays post about the rusty pennies. If you notice the unique “catch light’ in Nuggets eyes its light a circle of light. The camera lens is in the middle of this circle, or ring of light. If you also notice, there are not really any shadows behind Nugget, and the light “falls” of quickly, so most things behind the subject are dark.
